meal prep

hey everyone!

my friend and i did our meal prep today :) first we went grocery shopping for our food for the week. i got some fat free yogurt and fruits for breakfast, some salmon, rice, sweet potato, spaghetti squash, chicken, turkey and lots of veggies!!

then we went to her place and cooked eveything together and put it in containers.

this is my first time doing meal preps, but i think its going to go well and it will help me lose weight :)
