Second Post

Hello :)

Yesterday I went to the gym twice in one day .. I don't think that was the brightest idea! lol

I'm pretty sure I pulled a muscle in my chest or something .. it hurts to breath and my legs are killing me!! ( wanna get that nice bootay ;) ) But it's ok, I will just do some light work outs for the nest couple of days.

I feel like I need to get better at my eating habits, if any one knows any good healthy gluten free recopies please comment and let me know!! I find it is so hard to cook and make sure its gluten free and healthy. I've also noticed that alot of gluten free food isn't very healthy for you .. so if you do know of some good stuff let me know too! :)

    I don't know how you feel about vegan food, but I really like a cookbook called Oh She Glows. Most of the food is already gluten free but if it isn't, the author makes good suggestions for how you can make it gluten free. Also if you want another type of workout, I go to a kick boxing circuit called 30 minute hit. If you ever want to try it out let me know. Good luck with everything!

  2. Hey Vanessa! Yea I have had vegan food, my dad and step mom are vegans so I dont mind. Thanks for the tip! :) I would love to try a boxing class to!!!!
